group to the Masters

There are so much to consider when organizing a group for Masters Golf Packages. Would you guys consider getting a Travel Insurance Quote, even for participants who have Health Insurance. There seems to be benefit to having all group members on the same plan. If there is a problem, it will be easy to make sure the costs are covered. I wonder if there is also protection in the plans for litigation.
If any of you have organized a trip, I would love to have your feedback. Any tips or advice welcome.
